Welcome to F/AI. By downloading or using this application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms") as set forth by Sevastian Rakhimov (Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia) ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

2. Subscription and Pricing

The App is free to download and use. However, we offer optional in-app subscriptions that provide access to additional features and content. Subscriptions are available on a monthly and yearly basis, with prices varying by country. Subscription payments are handled through your app store provider (Google Play or App Store). For details on subscription management and cancellation, please refer to the terms of service of your app store provider.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the App’s security features.
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. Any attempt to violate these restrictions may result in termination of your license and access to the App.

4. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of any content they upload or generate within the App (e.g., food photos for analysis). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing App services, such as calorie estimation or feedback based on user submissions. We do not claim ownership of user content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data you provide will be secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the App. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not allowed, our liability is limited to the minimum amount required by law.

7. Subscription Management and Cancellations

Subscriptions are managed by your app store provider, and cancellations can be made directly through your app store account settings. Please note that once a subscription is active, it will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of your app store provider, and we are not responsible for managing or providing refunds.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms upon login in the App. Continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
